At 160M we are using a dipole antenna of 2 times 40 meters. Its just 15 meter above the gound.

To reduce the noise level on RX we have made a tuned loop antenna The antennea loop is build with 1/2" hardline. The diameter is about 5 meters.

The loop can be step up by one person in just a hour.
