When you have ordered the pcb's, a link to a self-written program calculating the coil parameters will be provided.
The program  runs on a Windows pc. A print screen is below. 
Use the help tab to get acquainted with  the program. It is self-explanatory.
The graph will provide the optimum coil parameters in terms of Q, wire diameter and coil diameter in relation to the current through the coil and the temperature of the coil.
You can tweak those as optimal as possible taking the material you have available into account.
